Cancelled with 3 days left for handing Vanc and Hep. together - they are compatible but regardless were going into two different accesses on two pumps. I had written a letter about the charge nurse causing a racist incident between patients and making racist remarks and turned it in the week previous - she caused a 10 people fist fight in the unit!
