I should've learned my lesson the first time I rented here. But was desperate and decided to try again.A lot of construction to repair the worn down structures, I wanted to end the lease one week early because of the noise I was unable to sleep, was told the noise 'isn't that bad' and was refused refund, and again,only a bogus partial deposit refund
