Unit was part of a row of townhouses. Rent in this town is among the most expensive in the state because of IU. However, the price of a 3 Br/3 Ba was less than most 1 Br/1 Ba properties in town. Management was exceptionally professional and responsive, despite a few bad reviews for this unit on the internet. Month-to-month lease, other properties available.
