The house is musty and smell like cat. I knew I would be sharing a bathroom with another renter, but did not realize that the 'apartment' over the garage didn't have a bathroom of it's own. Thus 3 tenants share a bathroom. I knew we were responsible for a chore a week, but after move in found out this included yard work. Owner txt if chores are not up to par
