Staff is not welcoming, if you haven't worked there for 30 years, it is assumed that you don't know what you are doing. Staff very resistant to change, feels like patients should be ready to walk out the door before being transferred to phase 2. Staff is proud of getting new people and travelers cancelled. Hospital is extremely short on staff. Stay away.
