Very political hospital, FOX news on in the break room. Can be very sexist against females and have heard a ton of off handed comments about the female managers from men. Within my first month I overheard racist comments. there is little to no people of color at this hospital.
Staff is condescending and bully. Most of managment is great though.

Great place to work, except for the individual in the unit is temperamental with definite behavioral issues.

Charge nurse Bill Degaetano is a bully. His behavior resembles the guys from bagel boss guy. (Youtube, bagel boss guy). He is confrontational and condescending, and seems to forget what personal space is. Staff and management are aware of his behavior.
