PROS: Facility was great and traveler friendly. Management happy to work with traveler on scheduling needs/requests. Cardiac PCCU was self scheduling. Loved the floor, however would choose a different unit if I return 2/2 ratios. CONS: Ratio 6:1, not safe. No plans to change per Administration.

Night shift is expected to take 7 pts, including charge. Up to 35 pts with only 3 tech's, most times with only 2. Have a tendency to transfer ICU pts to soon, they always have to go back. Day shift is better with no pts for charge and a CAL on hand. They get 5-6 pts, with more techs
