Three female FT employees in the Respiratory Dept are allowed to be bullies. Sadly, the newer male Manager seems frightened of them. They refuse to give travelers an orientation or and direction on where things are. Tgey make tge schedule and will literally dump on the travelers. In 20 years, I've never seen such a tocix environment.

IMCU/Tele gets a mix of Med Surg and IMCU patients. They think it’s ok to give nurses 6 or 7 patients on an IMCU floor! The covid floor is even worse, covid patients walking halls in regular mask and allowed to leave their door open, no negative pressure! PPE don/doff protocol is lacking. The staff infection rate is sky high, staff sick, one died 2wks ago!
