The charge nurse came in and untied restrains on a patient without notifying me I walked in the room to an unrestrained patient after I had just removed his violent 4 points earlier in the night. I was floated frequently and preferred going to step down over ICU. No continuity of care different patient assignment every night and not due to acuity.

What an amazing team! I didn't want to leave. It was a great team. Carle hospital staff was very welcoming to travel nurses, very polite and very appreciative of our help. Lots of hugs when I left. Was offered a long extension of 13 weeks.
