Very busy ER. Would see 150-200 daily. 90% travellers and they have a bad reputation in San Antonio so no local nurses apply to work there. The staff they have left are basically just charges and international nurses. The charges don't know how to maintain a busy ER flow. They will slam the 'red zone' (trauma sides) with the high acuity patients
