Most unsafe place I ever worked. Inadequate staffing to acuity, ridiculous processes, and they were under investigation and in immediate jeopardy for good reason. Very much got the feeling that if/when there was a sentinel event, staff would be thrown under the bus.

Had ppe- friendly- helpful- call is reasonable- treat you as family

I have been traveling to different states and facilities for 6 yrs.and have never felt so welcome. They truly treat their travelers like staff. Stayed here 7 months and never had a problem.Love the staff. Never saw or had to deal with administration.

Another traveler lied about me during my Orientation shift with him.
