High ratios,very limited CNA help, old or no equipment. Old meditech charting system. Float to psy, ICU and peds. Housing cost high compared to pay. High crime area

Extremely unsafe patient ratios. Doctors do not communicate with nursing staff, let alone with each other. Hospitalist acting as intensivist, very unsafe! Nurse manager was very helpful and involved with issues, sad thing was that the higher ups above her wouldn't let any type of change happen.
