Low census multiple contracts cancelled

Extremely short staffed . Very hostile Neo that loves to bully the nurses, esp in front of coworkers and family . Worst Neo I have ever worked with ....
RUN AWAY FAST

Very unorganized for an HCA facility. Staff is unhappy in most of the hospital. Short staffed but plenty of OT and call available. Saturdays you had basically a full day if tou were on call of cases sheduled the night before.

Quick orientation; parallon is 3rd party with 12 hr of unpaid modules;staff very friendly; mgr fantastic;accommodating schedules;floated to be a sitter or newborn nursery;Stayed on beach;beautiful area
