Staff and surgeons are friendly. Very organized OR. But be warned: they will rotate your shifts until you think you’re going insane. I worked about 50% nights AND for about 9 weekends in a row, I worked either Saturday or Sunday, or both. They were not transparent in the interview about this. That being said, I would return if I got specifics in my contract.
