Small cardiac hospital 1 block from main campus. Friendly hospital, ED,ICU and stepdown, only cardiac patients. Float to stepdown in turn more or less with staff. Once or twice floated to main campus ICUs. Allowed to take all patients including fresh hearts. Orders are unorganized but you can manage. Not enough room here to explain.
