Cliques will decide if they “like” you. You will get the WORST assignments while the perm staff sits and gets the least difficult patients.

I have never worked with more catty travelers, been traveling for 8 years.
Many are very passive aggressive, only a couple years of experience so they know it all. Could not wait to leave…… techs like to “ write up” nurses!!

Pass/Fail rhythm exam. NM said no testing, but there were healthstream's. (Don't think she knew.) Agency revealed /p contract signed. Req did not know until compliance notified her. Be sure to know heart blocks. 80% pass req. Will fail auto if any life threatening rhythms are missed or treated incorrectly. No retakes automatic contract cancellation!
