Orientation could have been better, but the nurse manager made this assignment. Rhonda is a very supportive leader that will work with you on scheduling and anything else you need. Expect to have 7-10 patients a shift. Teamwork on nightshift was good. Doctors gave decent order sets. Security response time was adequate. No 4-pt restraint availability.
