Worst NICU ever! Heavy assignments for travelers, antiquated equipment and constantly broken with no replacements, staff are so overworked the morale is bitter and lot of fighting among co-workers. Lot of drama, uneducated nurses, no ‘set policies’ that are followed for simple things as neonate temp stability, dangerous situations on many levels!
