Frequently understaffed, only one MD for all 144 beds all weekend (Friday 5PM - Monday 9AM). Overnight MD sometimes refused to respond to calls/pages/knocking on sleep room door. Too-frequent no supervisor on Night shift - really, NO supervisor in the whole building due scheduled vacation and no coverage. UNSAFE FOR PROFIT!
