Worst staff to patient workloads I’ve ever experienced. They break pets into Level 3 or Level 2. Typical assignment: 25 wk on vent( off dopa x 6 hrs) 29 wk HFNC 5L, then chronic kiddo 3 mo old GI demanded attention! Or 4 Level 2 babies in NC O2
