Staffing basically treats travelers as warm bodies. I was intentionally not assigned to my specialty (oncology) repeatedly. Timekeeping policies are redundant and cumbersome. After politely suggesting that they could streamline this process, I was retaliated against and fired because they claimed that I had been falsifying my time sheets.
