Floated to stepdown a lot with 5 patients to take care of all the time. Tripled frequently in ICU. Staff nurses are somewhat friendly. Nurses do their own art sticks. Royal blue scrubs

It was rough in the beginning, but they had never had travelers before. I still talk to some of the PCCs and consider them great friends. Ratio was anywhere from 3:1 or 4:1 depending on how many nurses were there. Awesome hospital.

Very high acuity, staffing was a nightmare always understaffed 36-38 pts with sometime 1 aide. Aides were unreliable majority. Staff was helpful but overworked. 1:6 or 1:7 ratios.

Not traveler friendly, always gives hardest and most patients to travelers. Most of staff is new grads.
