not a hard ED to work in, just very disorganized and has no flow whatsoever. run by mid level providers, not residents. patients needlessly wait in the waiting room for 8 hours at times because after decision for discharge has been made, it takes another two hours to get the papers and such. schedule sucks, rarely stack the days
