Poor training; plum IV pumps that are outdated. Staff will throw you under the bus and no team work like they say. They lied about how many days of training. Was one day, which was poor. Then manager says you will have ketamine drip, that's the book learn from that. Felt was unsafe assignment and to me was dumpster fire!

No PICU as advertised, staff is mean, don't help, talk badly about travelers, management is awful, no idea what's going on and also dislike travelers. No one here seems to be on the same page about anything. Assignments change every minute because staff don't think they should have to take patients. Never again

Nurse manager said “you are the highest paid traveler and we can get 2 for the price we are paying you”. AMN (my agency) said we shouldn’t have asked for so much (even though they agreed to the high rate and the contract was signed).
